My name is James and I’m a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer based out of the Seattle, WA area who always practiced the “traditional” healthy eating diet (whey protein after every workout, animal protein with all meals, tons of dairy, etc, etc, etc.) After viewing a documentary on food and disease, reading and doing research and really taking a deep look at myself and the world today, especially the food and healthcare industries, my definition of what the terms “Healthy Eating and Living” have been changed for life as well as my approach to fitness.
We are bombarded daily with GMO’s, additives, chemicals, etc in our food supply, leading to obesity, declining health and greater increases in disease and premature death. We have the power to take control and dictate what we consume and YOU have the power to change your body via exercise. I became a trainer to show people that most diseases and conditions can be REVERSED with overall clean, healthy eating and an exercise rich lifestyle.
