Losing Weight Quickly With Juicing

Healthy and Effective!
I have always had clients and people over the past 12+ years ask me the same question: What is the quickest way to lose weight? Now, you do any standard search on Google, Bing, or any other funny sounding search engine, you can read and find all kind of crazy ideas from starvation to meditation. The funniest idea I heard was from a client where you basically consumed something like bananas one day, chicken the next, french fries or potatoes the third and so on. Those were the ONLY things you could eat! Talk about extreme. When it comes to losing weight, any plan that has you starving your body for an extended time and then resume eating will result in instant weight gain, plain and simple. Don't believe the garbage and ridiculous fads you may read. Any weight loss you do experience will be water and muscle.
One thing that I have seen first hand success with that actually does help the body rid itself of excess weight, toxins and garbage and still feed the body with more nutrients that it previously received is juicing. When you consume freshly made juice, you overflow your body with vitamins, minerals and the all important enzyme in it's LIVING form. Our bodies have an abundant supply of enzymes at birth...more than we ever need. Over the years and poor health and diet, those enzymes are depleted more and more and the body slowly starts to break down. With the typical, sad diet, so many enzymes have to be used to break down the garbage we put inside us and this leads to neglect on other parts of the body. This never-ending cycle leads to poor health, obesity, disease and premature death.
Break the cycle and do something for your body and digestive system that is needs: GIVE IT A BREAK!!! Follow this plan and you can have amazing results. I have a current client as of this writing that experienced 15 lbs of weight loss in the first 7 days of following this. It's no fad or magic formula. It takes determination, commitment and.......a juicer. Not a blender but a juicer. Make the below juice and consume for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. If you find the need to have something other than juice at night, eat an all natural, raw dinner. Organic EVERYTHING is best but if not in your area or out of your price range, wash your veggies thoroughly before juicing.
Recipe (Should yield around 85+ oz of juice with a good juicer. Quick word on juicers. Breville is an excellent brand but whatever you get, make sure it has at LEAST a 700 watt motor and large feeding chute. 3" is pretty standard nowadays and should fit most fruit/veggies)
12 Apples (Fuji makes for a sweeter juice)
2 Bundles of Spinach
1 Bundle of Kale
2 lb bag of Carrots (if diabetic, leave the carrots out since they do contain a high amount of sugar or limit them)
1 Entire Bundle of Celery
4 Lemons (Peeled)
1 Bundle of Cilantro or Parsley
1 Cucumber
Juice all ingredients and then store in airtight glass jars. Fill each jar to the very top to avoid any air being left. Consume slowly and constantly throughout the day along with distilled or spring water. The first few days, you may FEEL as if you are craving all sorts of things but try to fight through and stick with it. Headache, tiredness, etc are normal within those first few days but then your energy will skyrocket as your body cleanses out and works on healing other areas of your body. This will do WONDERS for your body!
Take this one step at a time. While the overall goal is to make it 30 days, start small. Take it day by day. Get through day one and then worry about day two when you get to it! Good luck!

Have You Ever Used A Juicer?

How long is the recipe above for? Is this to supply your juice intake for one day only?? I'm confused. Also, are you saying to drink juice only for one full month? Thx for the help.
Thank you for the extra explanation! I am diabetic, and need to lose some weight, so this is of interest to me.
Question ~ aside from this juicing, do you have a good, balanced sample of a daily menu for weight loss? I'm told six meals a day is good, but I would lose to see it spelled out ~ in real food. Not so many proteins, so many carbs, etc., just spelled out in a nice sample menu. By the way, I don't eat seafood at all. Not even tuna. I am not much of a meat eater at all, but will eat grilled chicken. I'm kind of a pain I guess, but still, I too need some help. Thanks a bunch.
